Mary Kay Yarborough

New Iberia - A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 pm, on Tuesday, February 2, 2016, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Mary Kay Yarborough, 56, who passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2016. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:30 am until 12:00 pm on Tuesday. Interment will follow at Beau Pre Cemetery. Rev. Donald Pharr will officiate at the Funeral Service. Mrs. Yarborough was born on March 12, 1959 to Richard Daigle and S. Virginia Belle Daigle. Her hobbies included; going fishing, decorating, cleaning the house, and spending time outside gardening, the moments she cherished most was spending time with her family. She is survived by the love of her life Russell Yarborough of Jeanerette; son, Ray Daniel Yarborough and wife Reiko of Los Angeles, CA; daughter, Mindy Simon and husband Eric of Spring, TX; brother, Larry Daigle of Lake Charles; sister, Andrea Watts and husband Bill of Houma; grandchildren, Riley Pearson ,Gavin Simon, and Makenna Simon all of Spring, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Russell Dane Yarborough; brother, Daniel Ray Dubois. Pallbearers will be Russell Yarborough, Ray Daniel Yarborough, Russell Comeaux, Jaime Segura, Riley Pearson, and Merlin Foret. Honorary Pallbearer will be Gavin Simon.
