Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm ?Friday, May 12, 2006, at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church in Henderson for Matthew Dylan Hayes, 3, who died Tuesday, May 9, 2006 at Women's and Children's Hospital in Lafayette. Interment will be in St. Michael Cemetery in Henderson. Survivors include his parents, Miles and Tess Hayes; his sister, Isabella Hayes all of Youngsville; his grandmothers, Lisa Johnson of Youngsville and Theresa Dore of St. Martinville; his grandfathers, Herman Hayes of Henderson and Dave Dore of St. Martinville; his great grandmothers, Shirley Hayes of Henderson and Mamang of the Philippines. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Art Johnson; his great grandfathers, Chief Fred Hayes, PaPang, Louis Bourque and William Mouiesset; and his great grandmother, Eula Mae Mouiesset. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 11, 2006 and continue until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM, Thursday. Pallbearers will be Patrick Shafto, Tony LeBlanc, Tyler Hayes, Dao Bounpheng.
