It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Melvin James Hypolite, who lived a life rich with love, joy, and service to his community and family.

A proud member of the United States Marine Corps, Melvin continued to demonstrate his commitment to service as an active participant in the American Legion. He was also a devoted member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where he found support and fellowship among his community.

Melvin was well-respected in his professional life as an A/C technician in the education sector, where he dedicated his skills and work ethic to ensuring comfort and safety for generations of students and educators.

In his leisure time, Melvin enjoyed cooking and spirited dancing to the music of James Brown. These memories are an enduring testament to a life lived passionately and fully.

As we celebrate Melvin's life, we reflect on the countless memories he created for his family and friends. He will be deeply missed but will always remain a guiding light in the hearts of those he loved.
