Breaux Bridge - Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, on Thursday, March 14, 2013, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, for Michael Joey McCullough, 52, who passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at his residence. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 am until 2:30 pm on Thursday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Wednesday. Rev. Donald Pelous will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Joey was a graduate of Northside High School Class of 1979 where he held a wrestling record that still stands. He enjoyed playing foosball, where he won numerous titles and was ranked 9th in the world at one point. He loved running the Cajun cup marathons and dancing. He is survived by his father, Jimmie W. McCullough, Sr., his brothers, Jimmie W. (Linda) McCullough, Jr. of Broussard, Johnny McCullough of Broussard, and Terry McCullough of Lafayette, his sisters, Theresa McCullough of Broussard, and Tonya McCullough of Youngsville; his nephews, Brennen McCullough, Tanner McCullough, Dustin McCullough, David Robin, Jr., Drake Robin; his nieces, Jamie Davis, and Casey McCullough; and numerous great nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Mabel Boutin McCullough. Pallbearers will be Jimmy McCullough, Jr., Terry McCullough, David Robin, Johnny McCullough, Drake Robin, and Brett Blanchard. Honorary pallbearers will be Brennan McCullough, and Tanner McCullough.
