New Iberia - A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at The Vineyard Church of Lafayette on Bonin Road for for Michael Thomas Berry, 68, who passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018, in Lafayette. A resident of New Iberia and a former resident of Lafayette, Mr. Berry was born on March 24, 1950 in Long Beach, California. He worked as a truck driver and was very active at his church, The Vineyard Church of Lafayette, where he was known as “The Coffee Man”. Mr. Berry enjoyed reading his Bible and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Dina L. Landry Berry of New Iberia; daughters, Marie Ann Lander and husband Christopher of Lafayette, Rebecca Lynn Miller of Loreauville, Danielle Michelle Turner and husband Kristofer of Youngsville; grandchildren, Kira Alyssa Lander, Heidi Amber Lander, Charley Noel Miller; brother, Brennan David Berry and wife Karen; and sister, Heather Deann Berry. He was preceded in death by his biological father, Timothy Joseph West; adopted father, Raymond Victor Berry; mother, Barbara Elaine Berry; brother, Jon Glenn Berry.
