Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 1, 2005, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Michael Eugene Wiginton, 57, who died Monday, November 28, 2005 at Lafayette General Medical Center. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Trahan Wiginton of Breaux Bridge; his daughters, Chantelle Theriot and Mikki Wiginton, both of Breaux Bridge; his father, Johnie Wiginton of Zachary; his brother, John Wiginton and his wife, Linda of Zachary; his sister, Debra Rankin of Zachary; and two grandchildren, Dillian and Branson Theriot. He was preceded in death by his mother, Muriel Allen Wiginton; and his mother-in-law, Shirley Trahan. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 11:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pallbearers will be Audie Trahan, John Wiginton, Jeremy Wiginton, Todd Theriot, Edward Guidry, and Rusty Trahan. Honorary pallbearers will be Leon Theriot and Dillian and Branson Theriot. Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
