St. Martinville - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville in St. Martinville for Michelle Picard, 50, who passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021, at Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday and continue on Thursday at 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Wednesday.Deacon Adam Conque will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Michelle enjoyed reading, playing on her iPad and playing cards, and watching T.V. She also enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and was collector of many things. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.She is survived by her husband, Bobby Picard, I; two sons, Bobby Picard II (Julia), and Travis Picard; daughter, Tiffany Picard; grandchildren, Harley, Hayden, Thomas, Myalyn, Maddie, Lil Bobby III, and Emmett; and three sisters, Andrea Sloan (Russell), Reneé Joseph (Ellis), and Jocqueline Guidry.She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Albert Guidry, Jr.; mother, Anna Donnell Guidry.
