Lafayette - A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 24, 2020, at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette for Mya Michelle Addison, infant, who passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, at Texas Children's Hospital.
Msgr. Ronald Broussard will officiate at the Graveside Service.
Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette.
Mya is survived by her parents, Devin and Megan Wiltz Addison; two uncles, Craig Wiltz, Jr. and Tyler Wiltz; aunt, Shovan Addison; maternal grandparents, Sheila and Craig Wiltz; and paternal grandparents, Charlene and Leonard Addison.
Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
