Catahoula - A Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Catahoula, for Myrtle B. Huval, 78, who passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016, in Catahoula. Rev. Richard Fabr will officiate at the Memorial Service. Myrtle enjoyed cooking, baking, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her and those she had the honor of meeting during her life. She is survived by loving spouse of 64 years, Teddy Huval; daughter, Andrea Huval of Catahoula; son, Timothy Huval and wife Annette of Catahoula; brother, Michael Bourque and wife Tina of Catahoula; sisters, Doris Boutte of Catahoula, Juanita Usie and husband John of Breaux Bridge and Elaine Soileau and husband David of St. Martinville; grandchildren, Tim Huval, Nickie Scheiern, Trevor Huval, Brittany Huval and Jarron Courville; great-grandchildren, Drew Huval, Austin Huval, Aleccia Dawn Huval, Ashlyn Scheiern and Ava Dawn Huval and her great great-grandchild, Brynn Boudreaux. She was preceded in death by father, Dozita Bourque, mother, Lorena Bourque, daughter, Dawn Huval, sisters, Alice Theriot and Melba Thibodeaux. Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
