Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, on Sunday, February 26, 2012, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Nella Jeanne "Jane" Thibodeaux, 74, who passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012, at Lafayette General Medical Center. Rev. Michael Delcambre, will officiate at the service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Mrs. Thibodeaux was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her family. She loved telling old stories about her family members. She is survived by her son - Mike (Lesley) Thibodeaux; 3 daughters - Donna (Frank, Jr.) Thomassee, Mona (Jules) Angelle, and Susan (Terry) Broussard; 11 Grandchildren - Coby Angelle, Jamie Angelle, Kyle Angelle, Brody Thomassee, Candace Thomassee, Sgt. Trey Thomassee, Lacey Thibodeaux, Raven Thibodeaux, Rylan Thibodeaux, Devin Broussard, Brittiny Broussard; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters - Elaine Belaire, Sherry Thomassee and Sarah (Norman) Guidry. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Thibodeaux, father, Pierre Douet, mother, Lilly Champagne Douet, sisters, Lilly Douet and Dianne Douet, brother, James Nelson Douet. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm on Saturday and continue at 8:00 am until 2:30 pm on Sunday. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm on Saturday. Pallbearers will be Coby Angelle, Jamie Angelle, Kyle Angelle, Brody Thomassee, Raven Thibodeaux, Rylan Thibodeaux and Devin Broussard.
