Nichole Victoria Diaz New Iberia Memorial services will be held at later date for Nichole Victoria Diaz,30, who died Friday, August 15, 2014 in New Iberia. Nichole enjoyed listening to music and the arts, especially coloring pictures. She cherished moments spent with her family doing activities,especially shopping for clothing and jewelery. Survivors include her parents, Delores Diaz Richard and husband Eric of Eunice; sisters, Bernadine Gary and husband Joseph of New Iberia; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by father, Pierre Hebert; and step-father Abner Vanuel.
