Henderson - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at Henderson Bible Church in Henderson for Nolia Allemond, 73, who passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2016, at Lafayette General Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the Henderson Bible Church 1045 Talley St. Henderson, LA from 1:30 pm until 9:00 pm on Wednesday, and continue on Thursday at 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Pastors Sherman Soileau and Jerry Long will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Henderson Bible Church Cemetery in Henderson. Nolia enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her afternoon coffee with them. She will be sadly missed by her husband and all who knew and admired her. When she could, you would find her in the kitchen baking goods for her loving family. She is survived by her loving spouse of 57 years, Stephen Allemond; sons, Glenward P. Allemond and wife Nancy of Cecilia, Chris J. Allemond and wife Lynnette of Henderson; daughters, Stephanie LaFleur and husband Todd of Cecilia, Marylynn LeBlanc of Henderson, Jamie Dupuis and husband Wendell of Henderson; brothers, Milton Noel and wife Willa Mae of Breaux Bridge, Dalton Robin and wife Leona of Parks, Tony Robin, Jr. and wife Clara of Breaux Bridge and Jerry Robin and wife Kaye of Henderson; sisters, Theresa Castille and husband Gurphy of Lawtell and Rita Savoie and husband Floyd of Cecilia; grandchildren, Daniel Allemond and spouse Maggie, David LaFleur, Nicholas Hayes and fiance Demi, Savannah Patin and spouse Neil, Dylan LeBlanc, Brett Dupuis, Kale Dupuis and Alyssa Dupuis. She was preceded in death by mother, Viola Thibodeaux; brother, Ernest Robin; her grandchild, Ciera LaFleur; and her step father, Tony Robin, Sr. Pallbearers will be all her grandsons.
