New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, on Sunday, September 21, 2008, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in New Iberia, for Norma Postman Williams, 80, who passed away on Friday, September 19, 2008 in New Iberia. Entombment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum. Rev. Ed Downs will officiate the service. Born on November 1, 1927 in Nile, Oklahoma, Mrs. Williams was a longtime resident of New Iberia. She enjoyed traveling, working crossword puzzles, watching Jeopardy, and most of all spending time with her family. Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Wesley Eugene Williams of New Iberia; sons, Wesley Michael Williams and wife Cathy of New Iberia, Bobby Eugene Williams and wife Robin of Humble, Texas, Jimmy Wayne Williams of New Iberia; daughters, Charlotte Ann Teeter and husband Buck of Seabrook, Texas, Jeanne Mack of Kingwood, Texas; brothers, Don Postman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Paul Postman of Maude, Oklahoma; grandchildren, Nicole Quinlan, Paige Woodring, Kateri Williams, Carly Williams, Dewayne Teeter, Lori Lowery, Rob Mack, Heather Bruen, Cameron Williams; great grandchildren, Taylor Landry, Thomas Landry, Grant Quinlan, Amielle Woodring, Bennette Woodring, Whitney Woodring, Charlotte Hope Lowery, Joshua Teeter, Sofia Teeter, Kai Bruen, and Ryder Bruen. She was preceded in death by parents, William Bradley Postman and Ada Delina Hosselton Postman; twin sisters, Lahoma Boschen, Nahoma Postman; brothers, Bill Postman, Ward Postman. Pallbearers include Jason Bruen, Dewayne Teeter, John Lowery, Cameron Williams, Jason Quinlan, and Doug Woodring. Honorary pallbearer will be Rob Mack. A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 10:30 AM until time of service at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd, in New Iberia.
