Norman James Tauzin

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Monday, June 22, 2020, at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Norman James Tauzin, 67, who passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 8:00 am until 2:30 pm on Monday A rosary will be prayed at 1:00 pm on Monday. Rev. Stephen Pellessier will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Norman loved watching football, especially the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers. He enjoyed entertaining his family and spending as much time with them as he could. Norm will be sadly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his loving wife, Shirley Babb Tauzin; son, Vince Trahan and wife Tina of Port Allen; daughters, Vickie Arceneaux and husband Seymour of Breaux Bridge and Nicole Tauzin; grandchildren, Brock Arceneaux and Britney Trahan; great grandchildren, Aiden and Anslee Arceneaux, and Alexia Trahan; sister, Joyce Maxwell of Youngsville; and brother, Javis Tauzin of Broussard. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Louisa Hayes Tauzin; and a grandson, Kyle Trahan..
