Ozelda Duplechin Kidder

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2007, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Ozelda ?Duplechin Kidder, 80, who died Thursday, February 1, 2007 at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home in Arnaudville. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Survivors include her sons, Lester James Kidder and his wife, Rhonda of Rayne and Douglas Virgil Kidder of Lafayette; her daughters, Elverna Marie Kidder-Kidder and her husband, Herman of Arnaudville, Elsie Louise Kidder Lanclos and her husband, Daniel of Chataignier, and Margaret Kidder Comeaux and her husband, Barry of Scott; her sister, Aspazie Duplechin Mallet and her husband, Dudjay of Leonville; eleven grandchildren; and eighteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband, Stanley Louis Kidder; her parents, Virgil and Maria Quebedeaux Duplechin; her brother, Easton Luke Duplechin; her grandchild, Christopher William Lanclos; and her great grandchild, Sydney Grace Bergeron. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11:00 a.m. ~ 9:00 p.m. on Friday and continue at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening. Pallbearers will be Lester Kidder, Douglas Kidder, Randy Kidder, Shelly Henry, Cory Comeaux, and Kerry Kidder. Honorary pallbearers will be Herman Kidder, Daniel Lanclos, Tony Kidder, Barry Comeaux, and Paula Lagrange. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
