Patricia Lanza

New Iberia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 pm, on Monday, August 31, 2020, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in New Iberia, for Patricia Lanza, 58, who passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020, in New Iberia. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be Monday from 11:00 am until 1:30 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home. A resident of New Iberia, Patricia Annette Sharkey Lanza was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 28, 1961. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, and had a great love of fishing and rescuing animals of all kinds. Patricia will be deeply missed. Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Lanza of New Iberia; son, William Harris of Lakeland, Florida; daughters, Stephanie (John) Cosimini of Ocala, Florida, Candice (Casey) Lundy of New Iberia, and Cheryl (Noe) Martinez of Pearl, Mississippi; sisters, Genie (John) Chiles of Elwood, Indiana and Christina Baldwin of Greensburg, Indiana; brothers, Dennis (Karen) Ramey of Germany and Mike (Dow) Ramey of Elwood, Indiana; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence Frank Sharkey; mother, Veeda Adkins; and a sister, Kathleen Kay Garwood.
