Paul Clarence Calais

Cecilia - Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2005, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia for Paul Clarence Calais, 97, who died Tuesday, October 11, 2005 at St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in ?Cecilia. Survivors include his wife, Hilda L. Calais of Cecilia; his son, Charles C. Calais of Vicksburg, MS; his daughter, Olivia Bienvenu of St. Martinville; his brothers, Francis ""Pim"" Calais and Louis Calais, both of Cecilia; five grandchildren, Aimee C. Evans of St. Louis, MO, Aline C. Roberts of Vicksburg, MS, W. Jude LeBlanc of Atlanta, GA, Stephen P. Bienvenu of Lafayette, LA, and Susan B. Williams of Atlanta, GA; and seven great grandchildren, Gracie Roberts of Vicksburg, MS, Elizabeth Evans, William Evans, David Evans, all of St. Louis, MO, Ethan Bienvenu, Evan Bienvenu, both of Lafayette, and Charlie Williams of Atlanta, GA. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Barbara C. LeBlanc; his parents, Onezime and Laura Hamilton Calais; his brothers, Wesley, Walter, Dean and Percy Calais; his sisters, Genevieve Calais, Hazel Calais, and Wilda C. Hardy; and his grandson, David M. LeBlanc. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 9:00 a.m. ~ 10:00 p.m. on Thursday and continue at 9:00 a.m. on Friday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Thursday Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
