Paul Harry Lee Robin

Arnaudville - Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Monday, February 23, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Arnaudville, for Paul Harry Lee Robin, 73, who passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 9:00 am on Sunday, and continue on Monday until 1:45 pm. Brother Donnie Venable will officiate at the Funeral Service. Reader will be Ariel Bearb. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Paul worked for Kirby Inland Marine as a Riverboat Captain approximately 55 years starting off as a deckhand and through hard work becoming a Boat Captain. He was a merchant Mariner. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and loving time spent with family. He is survived by his sons, James Dale Robin and wife, Amanda, John Glenn Robin, Steven Wayne Robin, Gerald Robert Robin, and Jude Anthony Robin and wife, Lucy; his daughters, Harriet Pennington and April Marie Robin; his brothers, Danny Robin and wife, Gale, Chet Robin, Mike Arnaud and wife, Cynthia, and D. J. Arnaud; his sisters, Theresa Melancon and husband, Sid, Wanda Horton and husband, Jeff, Brenda Faye Robin, and Barbara Huval and husband, Charles; his grandchildren, Laia Robin, Heather Birdwell, Alexis Robin, Jade Robin, Amanda Robin, Chase Robin, Ashley Melancon, Loretta Robin, Belle Robin, Brodie Robin Owen Robin, Bailey Robin, Donovan Robin, Lainie Robin, Alyssa Robin, Matthew Robin, Ardem Robin, Jocelyn Robin, Dale Pennington, Jr., Brittany Pennington, Ariel Bearb, Triston Bearb, Ryder Bearb, and Brennon LeBlanc; and his ten great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Stelly Robin; his father, Willis Robin and step-mother, Bernice Robin; his mother, Vesta Arnaud and step-father, Dauphey Arnaud; his daughter, Angela Faye Robin; his brother, Mervin Robin; and his sister, Loretta Robin. Pallbearers will be James Dale Robin, John Glenn Robin, Steven Wayne Robin, Gerald Robert Robin, Jude Anthony Robin, and Johnny Lay. Honorary pallbearers will be Chet and Danny Robin.
