Breaux Bridge- A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 17, 2024 at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for Paula Bourque Carline, 55, who passed away on August 6, 2024.

A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.

Paula was born on November 16, 1968, in St. Martinville. Paula was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories, particularly from the time spent with her children and grandchildren. Paula was known for her unwavering love and dedication to her family. She exemplified kindness, compassion, and selflessness in all her interactions, leaving a lasting impact on those fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Richard Carline; parents, Murphy and Diane Blanchard Bourque; children, Jarrett (Mallory) Carline, Jenee Carline and Jeremy (Brooklynn) Carline; sisters, Pamela (Robin) Bonin and Peggy (Paul) Mestayer; brothers, Troy Bourque and Brian Bourque; and her grandchildren, Jaysa Carline, Tayga Carline, Ayvah Carline, Alyssa Carline, Alaya Bonin, Allie Bonin, Mallorie Bonin, Maylee Bonin, Aydrian Bonin, Amari Francis and Nova Francis.

Pallbearers will be Jarrett Carline, Jeremy Carline, Troy Bourque, Chet Mestayer, Justin Bourque and Cody Mestayer.

Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Mestayer, Robin Bonin Jr. and Silas Broussard.
