Phillip Daigle

Breaux Bridge - Funeral Services will be celebrated at 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Phillip Daigle, 83, who entered into eternal slumber on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at St. Agnes Health Care in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana.

Born to Lucien and Agnes Daigle of Breaux Bridge in 1938.  Phillip worked in the oil field and was a crawfish farmer for many years. In his spare time, he loved cooking, was an avid gardener, and loved spending time with those he held dear to his heart.

The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

A rosary will be prayed at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 25, 2022.

Deacon Butch Hebert will conduct the services.

He is survived by his sons; Phillip James (Lela) Daigle and Jason Daigle; brothers, Raymond (Verna) Daigle and Russell (Paulette) Daigle; grandchildren, Tyler (Megan) Daigle, Starbuck Hayes and Jayden Daigle; and his great grandchildren, Gage Ferrill, Kaiton Hayes, Cohen Hayes, Easton Hayes, Jude Daigle and Owen Daigle.

He was preceded in death by parents,  Lucien and Agnes Johnson Daigle; daughter, Tammy Hayes and her husband, Allen Hayes; great grandchild, Julian Daigle; and the love of his life, Margie Leger.

Phillip will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of St. Agnes Health Care and Rehab and Compassus Hospice, for the loving care they provided.
