Randy "Pea Not" Ledet

St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Friday, March 26, 2021, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Randy Ledet, 56, who passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021, at Iberia Medical Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 7:00 am until the time of Mass on Friday. Rev. Cyriaque Sounou, S.V.D. will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Randy "Pea Not" Ledet was born on February 27, 1965 to Mary Helen and Leroy Ledet. Randy is a native of St. Martinville and resided there his entire life. He loved being with family and friends, and most of all he loved nagging his nieces and nephews. Randy will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his son, Gabriel Smith; grandchild, Khoen Gabriel Smith; sisters, Daffney Ledet and Charlotte Ledet; and brothers, Lewis Ledet, Kevin Ledet (Erica), and Keith Ledet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Helen Ledet and LeRoy Ledet; brothers, Ronald Ledet and Brent Ledet; and sister, Patricia Ledet. Pallbearers will be Taylor Ledet, Kayleigh Ledet, Armoni Ledet, Skylar Ledet, Cameron Lee, and Candice Lee. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Ledet, Keith Ledet, Lewis Ledet, Ronald Chevalier, Kyler Ledet, Derek Chevalier, Javon Lee, and Tavion August.
