Rayna Joan Migues

New Iberia - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, April 9, 2021, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Rayna Joan Migues, 1, who passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021. Interment will follow in the Migues Cemetery in Delcambre. Rev. Keith Landry will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia. A rosary, led by the Men’s Rosary Group, will be prayed at 7:00 pm Thursday. Visitation will continue on Friday from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm. Rayna was born on May 24, 2019 in Lafayette and loved all of her family. She enjoyed playing outside with her siblings, watching cartoons, playing peek-a-boo, and eating all different types of food. Rayna also loved singing and dancing to all music, but especially to “Baby Shark”. She is survived by her parents, Stafford C. Migues and Shana Simon Migues of New Iberia; brothers, Caylem Bourque and Colton Bourque; sisters, Sophie Bourque and Riley Migues, who is due to arrive in July; grandparents, Joan Migues, Stafford J. Migues, Brandy Simon, Shane Simon, Edith Boudreaux, and Brad Boudreaux, Sr.; aunts, Paula Terry (Clint), Deidra Migues (Durke), Kylie Provost (Toby), Marlee Boudreaux, and Sadie Boudreaux; uncles, Tyler Simon (Jade), Shane Ruehle, Brad Boudreaux, Jr. (Leisa), Brandon Turner (Katelyn), Hunter Simon, Juan Migues, Jaiden Boudreaux, and Kyron Boudreaux; godfathers, Damon Landry and Adam Marquette (Kaitlyn). Pallbearers will be Stafford C. Migues, Damon Landry, Adam Marquette, Brad Boudreaux, Sr., Stafford J. Migues, and Shane Simon. Honorary pallbearers will be Caylem Bourque, Colton Bourque, Jaiden Boudreaux, Kyron Boudreaux, Tyler Simon, Shane Ruehle, Brandon Turner, Brad Boudreaux, Jr., Hunter Simon, and Juan Migues.
