Renella "Nell" Hebert Landry

Breaux Bridge- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Renella Marie Landry, 82, who passed away at her home.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home in Breaux Bridge on Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Rev. Garrett McIntyre will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Reader will be Arlene Dupuis. Gift bearers will be Tana Brigg Doucet and Jade Nicole Landry.

Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.

Renella Marie Hebert Landry, known to family and friends as, "Nell," was born March 10, 1940. She was born in Cecilia and a long time resident of Breaux Bridge. Nell enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She loved camping, working in the yard, playing cards with her friends, being outdoors and most of all, dancing with her beloved husband, Harold. Renella will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Harold Lee Landry; son, Ricky Lee Landry (Sherry); daughter, Didara Ann Landry; grandchildren, Garron Joseph Stanfield (Tia), Tana Brigg Doucet and Jade Nicole Landry; great grandchildren, Luna Stanfield, Maia Stanfield, Hazelyn Doucet, Kiplen Doucet, and Brixon Lee Frederick.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Helen Naquin Hebert; brothers, Chester Hebert, Lester Hebert and Leo Hebert; sisters, Adele Guidry and Mary Lou Boudreaux.

Pallbearers will be Todd Landry, Garron Joseph Stanfield, Jackie Landry, Sonny Landry, John "Junior" Landry and Robert Trahan.

Honorary pallbearer will be her son, Ricky Landry.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Elaine Bourda, Linda Potier and Tia Boclair for going above and beyond with the excellent care given to our mother.
