Breaux Bridge - Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM, Saturday, July 9, 2005, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge for Rickey Allen "Heart" Menard, Sr., 47, who died Sunday, July 3, 2005 in Breaux Bridge. Interment wil be in St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Survivors include his father, John B. Menard of Breaux Bridge; his wife, Lamonica Thibodeaux Menard of St. Martinville; two sons, Justin Allen Sylvester of Breaux Bridge and Rickey Allen Menard, Jr. of St. Martinville; one daughter, Condile Jenohn Sylvester of New Orleans; three sisters, Phyllis Demouchet, Andrea Menard and Rachel Menard, all of Breaux Bridge; seven brothers, John Terry Menard, Eldridge James Menard, Michael Menard, Randall Menard, Eric Menard, Albert Menard, all of Breaux Bridge, and Clyde Joseph Menard of Los Angeles, CA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Zeno Menard. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 4 PM ~ 10 PM on Friday and continue at 7 AM on Saturday until time of service.
