Robert LaGrange

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., on Friday, July 20, 2007, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Robert "Jerry" LaGrange, 53, who died on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at Opelousas General Medical Center in Opelousas. Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery, in Arnaudville. The readers will be Kenny Comeaux and Sally Ann Care. Gift bearers will be Felicia and Jeanetta LeBlanc. Jerry enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going to suppers on Thursday nights with his friends. He also had a love for life and others by helping anyone in need. Survivors include his wife, Carla Allemond LaGrange; his mother, Geraldine Toby LaGrange; his brother, Curtis LaGrange; his sister, Barbara Comeaux, and her husband, Kenneth, Sr., all of Arnaudville; his brother-in-law, Raymond Clause, of Arnaudville; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy "Bootsie" LaGrange, of Arnaudville, and Etta Dene LaGrange, of Kaplan. He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd LaGrange; his brothers, L.J. and Cookie LaGrange; and his sisters, Sally Clause and Marie LaGrange. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10 a.m. on Thursday and continue until time of service on Friday. Pallbearers will be Curtis LaGrange, Lil' Cookie LaGrange, Jr., Buzz LaGrange, Karl Comeaux, Tim Allemond, and Farrell Allemond. Honorary pallbearers will be John Deville, Raymond Clause, Jr., Kenneth Comeaux, Jr., and Chad LeBlanc. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
