Robert 'Bob' Allen LeBlanc

Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, May 14, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for Robert "Bob" Allen LeBlanc, 76, who passed away on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at The Carpenter House St. Joseph Hospice. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm in Breaux Bridge on Sunday and continue Monday at 8:00 am until time of service. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Sunday. Deacon Marcel "Butch" Hebert will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 1 in Breaux Bridge. Robert Allen LeBlanc, better known as "Bob Allen" was born in Parks to the late Clay and May Broussard LeBlanc. Bob Allen was a veteran of the US Navy and served as a Deputy and Detective for St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Department. He was a police juror for four years and after retirement became a courier for Mid-South Bank. Bob Allen was an avid Saints fan who recorded every game since the 1980's. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, bowling, and going to his camp at Toledo Bend. Bob Allen adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his loving spouse of 48 years, Charlene Guidry LeBlanc; daughters, Michelle LeBlanc, Nicole LeBlanc Robin and husband Marshall, Danielle LeBlanc Wyatt and husband Chris; sister, Jean Duhon and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Dylan and Tyler Carte, Noah Robin, Sydney Bonin, Shelby, Daniel, and Eli Wyatt, and baby Wyatt on the way. He was preceded in death by his father, Clay LeBlanc; mother, May Broussard LeBlanc; sister-in-law, Yvonne Brasseaux and her husband, Lolly Sr. Pallbearers will be Dylan Carte, Marshall and Noah Robin, Chris Wyatt, and David and Mark Duhon.
