Rogers John Guidry

Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at St. Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville for Rogers John Guidry, 61, who died Sunday, June 12, 2005 at Opelousas General Medical Center. Interment will be in St. Francis Regis Cemetery in Arnaudville. Survivors include his wife, Madeline R. Guidry of Arnaudville; his daughter, Yvette G. Knott, and her husband, Ray of Arnaudville; his brothers, Clovis "C.J" Guidry of Breaux Bridge and Dickie Guidry of Morgan City; his sisters, Lucille Kidder, Alice Hebert and Helen Stelly, all of Morgan City; and three grandchildren, Simone, Andrea and Sophia Knott. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clovis and Editha Guidry; his sister, Verna Mae Kidder; his brother, Rodney Guidry; and two nieces, Peggy Duhon and Deborah Quebedeaux. The family requested that visiting hours be observed from 2 PM ~ 10 PM on Monday and continue at 8 AM on Tuesday until time of service. A rosary will be recited at 7 PM Monday evening. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
