Breaux Bridge - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:30 pm on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge for Ronald James Theriot, 68, who passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Lafayette General Medical Center.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm on Saturday.Linton Broussard, Care Pastor with The Bayou Church, will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery #1 in Breaux Bridge. Ronald enjoyed working on hot rods and motorcycles, as well as riding and some drag racing. He could repair just about anything and took pride in all his work. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and the love he had for his family and friends. Ronald will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved him. He is survived by his two sons, Myles Theriot and his wife, Natalie, and Christopher Theriot; two grandchildren, Sebastian Theriot and Lizzy Theriot; sister, Janet Dickerson; three brothers, Van Theriot, Johnny Theriot, and Mark Stevens; and his fiancée, Donna Migues.He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Theriot; mother, Mary Joyce Theriot; sister, Patricia Poirrier; and his brother, Howie Theriot. Pallbearers will be Myles Theriot, Karl Comeaux, C.J. Breaux, Thad Badeaux, Johnny R. Theriot, and Van Theriot.Honorary pallbearer will be Sebastian Theriot.
