New Iberia - Funeral services ;will be 10:00 AM Friday, December 28, 2012 at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia ;for Roy Adam Segura, Jr., 29, who died on Friday, December 21, 2012, in Broussard. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery.A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 3:00 PM until time of services.Roy was ;employed, as a shop foreman, for Coil Tubing ;Services where ;he showed great dedication to his work. He ;was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding horses. He loved spending time with his family and friends and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, Kate Bonin Segura of New Iberia; two daughters, Tori Boutte and Baileigh Segura; his parents, Roy Adam Segura, Sr. and Marylyn Byron Segura; his brother, Ronnie Segura, all of New Iberia; five sisters, Eva Christine Sergura Gaspard and her husband, Terry, Angela ;Segura ;Abshire and her husband, ;Gerald, all of Kaplan, Malinda ; Segura Dore and her husband, Jason, Natasha Segura Louviere and her husband, Chance, and Keisha Segura Babineaux and her husband, Cameron, all of New Iberia; his paternal grandmother, Emeline Segura of New Iberia; his mother-in-law, Amanda (Ron) Migues; father-in-law, O'Neil (Rena) Bonin, Jr., all of New Iberia; and 16 nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Koussth Segura; maternal grandparents, Betty Rose Desormeaux Byron and Clifton Joseph Byron, Sr.; and a nephew, Landon Louviere. Pallbearers will be Jason Dore, Chance Louviere, Ryan Bonin, Dave Derouen, Cameron Babineaux, and Ricky Derouen.
