Sambrea Marlene Champagne

VIEW VIDEO TRIBUTE New Iberia - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at First United Methodist Church in New Iberia, for Sambrea Marlene Champagne, 4 month old daughter of Christy Champagne and Isaiah "Foe" Lewis, of St. Martinville, who died on Monday, January 11, 2010. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Pastor Bullock will conduct the funeral service. Sambrea is also survived by her brother, Landon Champagne, of St. Martinville; her maternal grandparents, Clark and Marlene Robin, of St. Martinville; paternal grandmother, Tammy Lewis, of St. Martinville; maternal great grandparents, Terry and Betty LeBlanc, of Breaux Bridge, James Payne, of New Iberia, and Wilfred Champagne, of St. Martinville; and numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Leon Champagne; and maternal great grandmothers, Mary Alice Champagne and Deatte Payne. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Saturday, January 16, 2010; and continue on Sunday from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. Visitation will resume at First United Methodist Church at 1 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
