Coteau Holmes - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. , on Thursday, September 1, 2011 , at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Coteau Holmes, for Sandra Sue Carline, 56, who passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center. Rev. Joseph Padinjarepeedika, Pastor of St. Elizabeth Church, will conduct the services. Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coteau Holmes. Mrs. Sandra was a special mother to many in her lifetime. Survivors include her son, Sandy Horton and his wife, Amber; her daughters, Angel Verret and her fianc, Keith Fryman and Leala Vollmer and her husband, Terry Vollmer; her brothers, Jimmy Melancon and his wife, June, Kenneth Girouard and his wife, Carlene and John Albert Girouard; her sisters, Laurie Tremble and her husband, Mark and Sonya Chavez and her husband, Jimmy; her grandchildren, Trey Verret and Cameron Fryman; and other family members include Melanie Melancon, Judy Girouard and Stuart Verret. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emmette Carline and her parents, Lloyd and Ethel Lee Martin Melancon. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 4:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday and continue at 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pallbearers will be Trey Verret, Sandy Horton, Keith Fryman, Kenneth Girouard, Mark Tremble II and Curtis Gardemal. Honorary pallbearers will be Eric Girouard and Mark Tremble. Pellerin Funeral Homeof St.Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
