Arnaudville - A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, March 20, 2023, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church for Sandra Gayle Credeur, 75.

A visitation will take place at the funeral home on Monday, March 20, 2023, from 12:00 PM until service time.

Rev. Travis Abadie will officiate at the funeral service.

Sandra Thibodeaux Credeur, a native of Sunset, Louisiana, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, surrounded by her three children, her loving husband for over 20 plus years, Ronald Jean Credeur, and other immediate family members.

Although Sandra's life on this earth wasn't long enough, the impact she made will forever be remembered. Everything she accomplished was done with love, passion, and precision. Her laughter will forever be remembered by all who knew her. Known as the ultimate people-person, she lovingly greeted everyone as "Boo". Sandra held the spotlight at every event she attended! Her generosity, kindness, and unconditional love was felt by everyone, from all walks of life.

She was a seamstress by trade and worked at Abdallas and Brothers for many years. Sewing was one of her passions and was clearly visible in her alterations, quilting, and doilies she created. Along with sewing, cooking was her all-time favorite hobby and pastime! She loved to take on ALL the big jobs: making roux from scratch, crawfish bisque, cabbage rolls, corn maque choux, smothered okra, pickled mirlitons, and the list goes on. Her favorite time to cook was for her children and grandchildren's birthday choice meals. She took pride in prepping her family meals. Sandra was always a believer that no one would go hungry on her watch. She fed family, visitors, strangers, and anyone she thought may be hungry. There was nothing more satisfying to her!

She is survived by her children, Tracie Marie Miller, Mitchell Shane Miller (life partner Jackie Robin), Dolly Ann Guidroz (life partner Lisbel Acosta); stepdaughter Daisey Credeur Cormier, husband Dwayne Cormier; siblings, Erwin Thibodeaux, Michael Daigle, wife Cindy and Tonia Toney, husband Roddie.

Grandchildren include: Summer Nickole Miller, Brodie Shane Miller, Dexter Evans Taylor (wife Kristina Marie Taylor), Lacey Lei Taylor (life partner Cody Lent Obrian), Cody Dean Cain (life partner Jadie Marie Landry), Cohen Jacob Schexnayder, Christian Joseph Schexnayder, and Kathryn Grace Schexnayder; Step grandchildren: Danielle Monique Cormier, Delayne Cormier, Dorrie Nicole Cormier; great grandchildren include: Bristin Dewayne Obrian, Mattie Marie Obrian, Baylee Joe Obrian, Mason Lee Behrens Taylor, Beaux Evans Taylor, Kayden Scott Taylor, and Harlee Marie Cain.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Thelma Oliver Thibodeaux and Ferdie Thibodeaux; grandparents; three brothers, Curtis Thibodeaux, Vernon Thibodeaux, and Ferdie Thibodeaux, Jr.; and her late husband, Joseph Lee "Boy" Guidroz.

Pallbearers will be Cohen Schexnayder, Christian Schexnayder, Mason Taylor, Dexter Taylor, Cody Cain, and Brodie Miller.

Honorary pallbearers will be Bristin Dewayne Obrain, Beaux Evans Taylor, and Kayden Scott Taylor.

The family would like to send out a special thank you to Hospice of Acadiana for providing excellent care to their mother, empathy to her children, and support beyond medical care. A special thanks to Mom's amazing nurse Kristina Moorman, and wonderful nurse's aide, Kim Bernard. We cannot thank you ladies enough!
