Arnaudville - Funeral services will be held at 10 :00 a.m. , on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 , at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church in Arnaudville, for Selina Joy Marks, 42, who died on Monday, August 2, 2010 at Lafayette General Medical Center . Interment will follow at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery . Fr. Keenan Brown will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Scriptures will be read by Victoria Guidry and Jane Marks. Gift Bearers will be Christine Doucet and Stacy Broussard. Selina loved watching television, especially Barney. She also enjoyed her Golden Books and spending time with her family. Survivors include her mother, Lovena Marks of Cecilia; two sisters, Cecile 'Cyl' Wyble and husband, Stan, and Lee Anna Guidry and husband, Randall, all of Cecilia; her sister-in-law, Jane LeBlanc Marks, of Lafayette; one niece, Victoria Guidry; three nephews, Keiffer Wyble, Myles Wyble, and Shannon Guidry; two great nieces, Leighton Olivia Guidry and Addisyn Klaire Wyble; and ; two great nephews, Kave and Beckham Guidry. She was preceded in death by her father, Leland Marks; and two brothers, Anthony and Steven Marks. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9 a .m. until 10 p.m. on Tuesday and continue on Wednesday at 7 a .m. until 9:30 a.m. A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Pallbearers will be Keiffer Wyble, Myles Wyble, Shannon Guidry, Randall Guidry, Stan Wyble, and her godfather, Pierre 'Tippy' Trahan. Honorary pallbearers will be Victoria Guidry, Jonathan Broussard, Kenneth Olivier, and Kristian Brewer. Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville is in charge of arrangements.
