Breaux Bridge - A Memorial Service will be held at a later date for Shirley Ann Castille Stokley, 70, who passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at her residence.
Mrs. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who was the true center of her family. Her grandchildren meant the world to her – they were her life and she lived for them on a daily basis. Shirley cherished having family gatherings and enjoyed seeing everyone spend time together. Her cooking was the absolute best and she would never cook a small meal. She was known by her family and friends to be the "pot-stirrer" of the family. As a pastime, Shirley enjoyed playing word games on Facebook, where she often would not lose, and watching soap operas. Shirley will forever be remembered for her loving heart and her incredible strength; through all of her struggles in life she endured, she always prevailed.
She is survived by her loving husband, Randall Stokley; daughters, Rachel Theriot and husband Scotty, Veronica Racca and husband Kevin, and Janie Kennedy and husband Kevin; son, Ricky Touchet and his wife, Leslie; brothers, Shelton Fusilier, Dale Fusilier and wife Thelma, Dallas Breaux, Jr. and wife Cathy, Michael Breaux and wife Pam, CJ Breaux, Carl Fusilier, and Alfred Fusilier; sisters, Beverly Benoit, Cheryl Clark and husband Butch, Clara Forrestier and husband Rodney, Penny Guillory and Susan Breaux; 17 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dallas Breaux; mother, Gladys Castille Fusilier.
