St. Martinville - A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Stephanie Francis Batiste, 54, who passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018. Visitation will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 9 am until time of service. Fr. Darrell Kelly, SVD will officiate at the Memorial Service. Stephanie enjoyed styling and cutting hair. She cherished times spent with family and friends visiting at family gatherings. She is survived by her spouse, Andrew Batiste, Sr. of Breaux Bridge; son, Andrew Batiste, Jr. of Houston, TX; brothers, Johnny Francis, Jr. of St. Martinville, Calvin Francis of New Orleans, Patrick Francis of St. Martinville, and Gary J. Francis and wife Cissy of Hawaii; sisters, Stella Francis Johnson of New Orleans, Debbie Francis Maneau of Texas City, TX, and Gayle Francis Anderson of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her mother, Rose Mae Mallery Francis; father, Johnny Francis, Sr.; one infant twin sister. Pellerin Funeral Home, (337-332-2111), is in charge of arrangements.
