Susan B. Hayes

Breaux Bridge- A private memorial service will be held at later date for Susan B. Hayes, 72, who passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Lafayette General Medical Center. Susan was born December 8, 1946 in Church Point. She was a registered nurse and worked in Houston and California for many years. Susan was a loving, caring and nurturing woman. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Henry Hayes; sons, Benjamin Hayes and his wife Meagan and Jason Hayes and his wife Tiffany; sister, Peggy Schmidt and husband Dale; brother, Phillip Burleigh; six grandchildren, Taylor Hayes, Kate Hayes, Bronte Hayes, Paul Hayes, Emma Hayes, and Belle Hayes; and her special friend, Grace Wyatt. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Velma Olivier Burleigh. Pellerin Funeral Home (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
