New Iberia - Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 12, 2018, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Susan Ann Landry, 59, who passed away on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at her home, surrounded by loved ones. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Rev. Keith Landry will officiate. A gathering of family and friends will be at Pellerin Funeral Home on Thursday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm, and will continue on Friday from 8:00 am until 10:00 am. A rosary, led by the Men’s Rosary Group, will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Thursday. A lifelong resident of New Iberia, Susan Ann Landry was born on December 11, 1958 to the late Newman and Lou Anna Fremin Landry. She enjoyed cooking and bowling; she worked as a cook at Emerald's Billiards. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Susan lived life to the fullest, and cherished time spent with her family. She will be deeply missed. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Mickle Landry; daughters, Michelle (Ronnie) Romero of New Iberia, Monica Young of Broussard, and Billie Jo Dupuy of New Iberia; sister, Brenda Landry of New Iberia; brother, Billy (Debbie)Landry of New Iberia; and grandchildren, Nicholas Romero, McKenzie Young, Gavin Young, Mariah Dupuy, and Randy Bourque. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Landry was preceded in death by a sister, Beverly Landry; son-in-law, Joshua Young; and godchild, Tammy Romero. Pallbearers will be Nicholas Romero, Marty Sigue, Joey Landry, Jeffrey Landry, Billy Landry, and Tina Boudreaux.
