St. Martinville - A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Susan Stiles, 62, who passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home in St. Martinville from 4:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Friday, and continue on Saturday at 8:00 am until 9:30 am. A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday.Rev. Ruben Buller will officiate at the Memorial Service. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Loreauville.Susan was born August 24, 1958. She was employed for many years with Trinity Catholic School and Color My World Early Learning Center in St. Martinville. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Lifford Stiles; children, Ashley Stiles (Jeanne), Beau Stiles (Kristi), Josie Stiles and Luke Stiles; grandchildren, Jean-Paul Stiles, William Stiles, Georgia Stiles and Soren Stiles; mother, Velma Louivere Ruiz; brothers, Brady Ruiz (Debbie) and Dana Ruiz; and sister, Myra Castille (Gerald).She was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Ruiz.
