It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved, Tammy Sue Savoy on Monday, November 18, 2024.
Tammy was a resident of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, born on April 22, 1964. Tammy was a vibrant soul who brought joy to everyone she met. Her love for food, dance and Cajun music filled her life with rhythm and happiness, and she eagerly looked forward to the crawfish and music festivals, where she would share laughter and love with friends and family.
She was a "Stranger's Best Friend" as she was often known to envelop them with comfort and compassion when listening to their needs, whether offering them gas or grocery money or merely announcing a prayer to support their faith... and despite her circumstances, her days always included moments of humor... Bet!
Tammy took immense pride in her role as a grandmother, finding boundless joy in her grandbabies, who were truly the light of her life. Above all, Tammy's unwavering faith in Jesus guided her every step. She will be profoundly missed but forever remembered for her infectious spirit, her devotion to family, and her love for God. Rest in peace, dear Tammy; your legacy of love will live on in our hearts.
Tammy is survived by her daughters, Candy Dupuis and son-in-law, Armando, and Robyn Savoy and son-in-law, Codi; grandchildren, Tristen, Seanna, Alexis, Skylee, Rihanna, Crysta, Brooklyn, Bronx, Colyn, Jacquelyn, Kathryn, Linkyn and Armando; great-grandchildren, Braylee, Ashlynn, Nevah and Stevie; her father, John H. Savoy, her mom, Judy F. Savoy; her sisters, Daughn S. Herring, Kim S. Bonfiglio, and Nathalie S Bagwell; as well as many nieces and nephews, who all loved and adored her.
