Henderson - Funeral services will be held at 4:00 pm, on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Henderson, for Thelma Dupuis, 85, who passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 8:00 am until 3:45 pm on Thursday, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Henderson. A rosary will be prayed at 1:00 pm on Thursday. Deacon Perry Guidry will conduct the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery in Henderson. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Schmeltzer; her grandsons, Paul and Peter Schmeltzer; and her brother, Wilven Hayes. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Dupuis, Jr.; her parents, Thompson Hayes, Sr. and Ophelia Martin Hayes. Pallbearers will be Paul Schmeltzer, Lanewood Duplechain, Jerry Hayes, Warren Hayes, Wallace Hayes, and Ricky Courville.
