Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, on Saturday, January 3, 2015, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Breaux Bridge, for Thelma Marie Wiltz, 89, who passed away on Friday, December 26, 2014, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Pellerin Funeral Home, 211 Berard St., from 6:00 am until 10:00 am on Saturday. A rosary will be prayed at 8:00 am on Saturday. Rev. Joseph Campion will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Kennedi Bernard and Mary Frances Wiltz. Gift bearers are Romona Dorion and Alfred Dorion, Jr. Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge. Thelma enjoyed playing bingo, cooking and spending time with family especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Neveu and Carolyn Thibeaux both of Lafayette, her son, Clarence Wiltz and his wife, Shirley of Breaux Bridge; 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Theodore Wiltz, her parents, Noe and Leida Andrus Thomas. Pallbearers will be Erick Neveu, Earney Neveu Jr., John Thibeaux, Joseph Wiltz, Kaamal Wood and Michael Hebert. Honorary pallbearers will be Clarence Wiltz, Earney Neveu Sr., Jimmy Rose, Bob Hebert, and Ray St. Julien.
