Theresa Dundas

St. Martinville - Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., on Thursday, November 11, 2010, at Notre Dame Catholic Church in St. Martinville, for Theresa Robertson Dundas, 79, who passed away on Monday, November 8, 2010 at her residence. Interment will follow at St. Michael Mausoleum in St. Martinville. Celebrant for the services will be Rev. Justin Arockiasamy. Con-celebrant will be Rev. Augustinus Seran. Theresa spent most of her life caring for others, be it family or friends. She never met a stranger and enjoyed visiting with people. She loved her family and enjoyed cooking for them whatever the occasion may have been. She enjoyed traveling, shopping and caring for her pets. Theresa was an active member of Notre Dame Catholic Church where she especially enjoyed attending Novena Masses. Survivors include her sons, Earl A. Dundas, Jr. and his wife, Wendy, Gerard J. Dundas and his companion, Nancy and Jeffery J. Dundas and his wife, Darlene; her daughter, Tracey M. Dundas and her husband, Arnold Baker; 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl A. Dundas, Sr.; her parents, Gerard and Ella Declouet Robertson; her sister, Thelma Robertson Wiltz; her brothers, Fred and Malcolm Robertson; and a half-brother, Clarence Robertson. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7 a .m. Thursday at Notre Dame Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 9:00 a.m. Proud to serve as pallbearers will be her grandsons. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her caregivers, Dr. Rinaldi and staff, Iberia Medical Center , and AAA Hospice of New Iberia .
