New Iberia - A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia, for Thomas Walter Boudreaux, 77, who passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at his home.
Following the visitation, military honors will be provided by the Iberia Honor Guard.
Entombment will be at a later date.
A longtime resident of New Iberia, Thomas Walter Boudreaux was born in Maurice, Louisiana on October 21, 1943 to the late Wilton J. and Victorine Denais Boudreaux. Tommy worked as a barber, and he loved playing pool, going to car shows and horse races, but what he cherished most was time spent with his family, especially his great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed.
Mr. Boudreaux is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Barbara Boudreaux of New Iberia; son, Richard Dale Boudreaux of Duson; daughter, Tammy Kaye Boudreaux of New Iberia; former daughter-in-law, Davina Matte; Four grandchildren, Katelyn Boudreaux, Daniel J. Boudreaux, Destiny Kaye Boudreaux (companion, Stephen Charpentier, Sr.),Maci Nan Rogers; two great grandchildren, Tatum Jude Boudreaux, Grayson Lee Boudreaux; two godchildren, Jennifer Broussard, Danny Broussard; and special friends, Jason and Michelle Landry.
Honorary pallbearers will be all of Tommy's pool buddies at Emerald's.
