Thomas Mitchell Huval

Cecilia - A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, December 26, 2009, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia, for Thomas Mitchell Huval, 54, who passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center in Lafayette. Father Michael Delcambre will officiate at the Memorial Service. Tommy had many hobbies which he enjoyed during his life that included: fishing, gardening, carpentry, and repairing engines. He loved spending time with family and friends, especially his grandchildren, whom he cherished and adored. Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years, Sally Ray Huval, of Cecilia; one son, Trey Thomas Huval and his wife, Kaylyn; one daughter, Holly R Allemond and her husband, Jamey, all of Cecilia; three brothers, Clint Huval, of Breaux Bridge, Richard Huval and his wife, Marella, of Arnaudville, and Scot Huval, of Lafayette; two sisters, Alechia Huval, of Watson, and Phyliss Ortego, of Oakdale; and two grandchildren, Ava Allemond and Kaden Allemond. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gussie and Hazel Patin Huval; and a sister, Josie Delcambre. Pellerin Funeral Home, (337.332.2111) is in charge of arrangements.
