New Iberia - Funeral services will be at 6:30 PM , Thursday, August 19, 2010 , at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia , for Thomas 'Redneck' Glenn Johnson, Jr, 42, who passed away on Monday, August 16, 2010 in New Iberia . Interment will be at a later date in Biloxi , MS . Rev. Ed Degeyter will officiate. Born on October 13, 1967 , Thomas worked as a welder for American Warriors. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, and will be deeply missed. Survivors include her wife, Sharon Myers Johnson of New Iberia ; mother, Carolyn Broussard and husband Frankie of Biloxi, MS; sons, Jacob Alex Myers of New Iberia , Thomas 'T.J.' Frasier of Biloxi, MS, Ty Thomas Johnson of New Iberia; daughters, Katilyn Theresa Johnson, and BreAnn Norma Johnson both of New Iberia; brothers, Vance 'Bubba' Brumbeau and wife Kim, Mitchell Harrington all of Biloxi, MS; half brother, Glenn Johnson of Biloxi, MS; sister, Norma Franks and husband Nicki of Biloxi, MS; one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Glenn Johnson, Sr; his wife's parents, Alex and Theresa Myers; and his paternal and maternal grandparents. A gathering of family and friends will be Thursday from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Pellerin Funeral Home, 502 Jefferson Terrace Blvd , in New Iberia .
