Tiffany Thuy Hang Do

New Iberia - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday, November 29, 2019, at Pellerin Funeral Home in New Iberia for Tiffany Thuy Hang Do, 28. A second Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 30, at Sacred Heart Church in Baldwin, LA. Tiffany passed away peacefully after a long battle with Ewing’s Sarcoma on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at her Lancaster, California home, surrounded by her family. A gathering of family and friends will be at Pellerin Funeral Home from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, with a Prayer Service at 5:30pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home on Saturday from 8:00 am until 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery in Baldwin. Rev. Bam Nguyen will be the Celebrant. Tiffany was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on August 17, 1991, and has been a resident of Lancaster California for the past 26 years. Tiffany enjoyed hiking, going to concerts, reading, and volunteering. She had a passion for helping people, especially kids with cancer. She always put the needs of others before herself, and even traveled to Ghana to work with the doctors there. Tiffany was very dedicated to her studies, and obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy Degree the night before she passed away. She was a loving daughter, sister, and friend who will be deeply missed. Tiffany is survived by her parents, Tan Minh Do and Katie Lieu Nguyen; a sister, Megan Do of Lancaster, CA; a brother, Tyler Do of Lancaster, CA; her shih tzu companion, Wookiee; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
