Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 8, 2019, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Tillie Patin Hebert, 86, who passed away on Monday, June 3, 2019, surrounded by her family.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm on Friday and continue on Saturday at 8:00 am until 9:30 am.
A rosary will be prayed at 7:00 pm on Friday.
Fr. Bill Melancon will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Grace and Claudia Hebert. Gift bearers will be Grace, Mia, and Claudia Hebert.
Interment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Tillie was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, going to concerts and spending time with her grandchildren. Tillie will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her son, Merrill Hebert and wife Nelda; daughters, Donna Roberts and husband Kenny, and Elizabeth Hebert; sister, Margaret Macias; grandchildren, Kyle Hebert, Myles Hebert and spouse Lauren, Joshua Hebert and spouse Sonia, and Noah Roberts; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Claudia, and Mia Hebert.
She was preceded in death by her husband, D.D. Hebert; son, Karl Hebert; father, Albin Patin; and her mother, Edita Collette Patin.
Pallbearers will be Merrill Hebert, Kyle Hebert, Myles Hebert, Joshua Hebert, Noah Roberts, and Kenny Roberts.
