Todd Anthony Walker

St. Martinville - A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2020, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville for Todd Anthony Walker, 48, who passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at the funeral home from 7:30 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday. A rosary will be prayed by Gayle Landry at 10:00 am on Saturday. Rev. Bill Melancon will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Readers will be Lacy Hebert and Becky Saltamachia. Eulogy will be be read by Gayle Landry. Interment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville. Todd honorably served his country in the United States Navy and Army. He enjoyed playing golf, volleyball, cards, and fantasy football. Todd loved going to the camp and being with his family and friends. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his son, Andrew Walker of New Iberia; two daughters, Alexandra Walker of New Iberia and Grace Walker of Breaux Bridge; mother, Linda (Richard) Guidry of Breaux Bridge; two brothers, Richard (Lisa) Walker Jr. of Breaux Bridge and Timothy (Monica) Walker of St. Martinville; and sister, Melissa Walker of St. Martinville. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Walker, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Ross and Lilly Capritto; paternal grandfather, Mitchell Walker; and paternal grandmother, Grace Moore. Pallbearers will be Richard Walker Jr., Timothy Walker, Troy Capritto, Corey Capritto, Angelo Capritto, and Mike Hebert. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Landry, John Fuselier, Matt Talley, Brady Boggs, Colby Johnson and Tanny Doiron. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family.
