Cecilia- A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church honoring the life of Tommy Williams, 67, who passed away on April 14, 2025 at his residence.

A visitation will take place at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia on Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

A rosary will be prayed at 9:30 AM on Tuesday.

Rev. Gregory Cormier will officiate at the funeral mass.

Burial will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.

Tommy was born on June 11, 1957. He dedicated many years of his life to being a chef. He was an exceptional cook who cherished the simple pleasures, such as cooking by the levee and spending quality time with his family. His love for his grandchildren was immense; he taught each of them how to drive, eagerly watched Chase play football, and looked forward to weekends with Cade. Tommy will be profoundly missed.

He is survived by his mother, Emmalee Williams; daughter, Patricia "Putty" Williams; siblings, Donald Williams, Elroy Williams, and Mary Citizen (Ken); grandchildren, Ian Williams, Delanie Narcisse, Mackenzie Narcisse, and Chase Narcisse; bonus grandchildren, Cade and Carter St. Andre', and Jace Williams; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Debra Babineaux Williams; father, Horace Williams; brother, Harris Williams; parents-in-law, Raymond Babineaux and Elizabeth Journet Babineaux; sisters-in-law, Renella Calais, Theresa Calais, Ezola Borel; sister-in-law, Betty Charles, and Bernadine Batiste; and brothers-in-law, Clinton Babineaux, Dalton Calais, and Shirley Calais.

Pallbearers will be Erick Babineaux, John Gordon, Jacoby Landry, Donald Papillion, Trevin Pete, and Trey St. Andre'.

Honorary pallbearers will be Ian Williams, Chase Narcisse, Cade St. Andre', Carter St. Andre' and Jace Williams.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Raquel Landry, NP, Meagan Hebert, NP, and Hospice of Acadiana for the excellent care given to Tommy.
