Tony McCoy Tucker

St. Martinville - A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, February 11, 2017, at Faith Life Center Church, 1126 Main St., St. Martinville, for Tony McCoy Tucker, 47, who passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Tony was born in Morgan City, LA on July 19, 1969, and was a resident of St. Martinville. He worked in the oilfield, and enjoyed architectural and mechanical work. He is survived by his father, Charles R. Tucker, Sr. of St. Martinville; mother, Lillian Gorman of Youngsville; daughters, Joanie R. Tucker Frederick and husband William of Houma, Brandie M. Tucker of St. Martinville, Alicia N. Tucker of Morgan City, Tory M. Tucker of Opelousas, and Riana L. Tucker of Morgan City; sisters, Teresa Tucker Christy and husband Paul E. Christy of Erath, Charlene Tucker of St. Martinville, and L. Renee Tucker of St. Martinville; brother, Charles R. Tucker, Jr. and wife Cyndi of Kaplan; and five grandsons. He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Dakota; niece, Hannah Parker; great niece, Jaci; grandparents Dora and Coy Tucker, and Lonnie and Minnie Cummings.
